I heard about Sushiro has new restaurant from my friend and I accidentally found it while walking so went in. It wasn't as crowded as Sushiro. I choose the menu because it came with Savory egg custard( called as Chawan mushi) from the set lunch. It looks like sushi with red vinegar, this is not unusual, so I could feel some commitment. The rice is just a little watery. I think the sushi ingredients are just the right size and well-balanced. Each was delicious. I think it would be better if
