My family went to this restaurant for Dimsum last weekend. I’ve never been to this restaurant before so I was a bit excited getting the chance to try it. Steamed Milk Pudding with Yam Paste – They called it yam but it’s actually Taro root paste. It was well prepared as the steamed milk pudding’s texture was very silky and not too sweet. The flavour of the Taro paste matched the milk pudding and added another layer of texture and flavour to the dish
