My family went to this restaurant for Dimsum last weekend. I’ve never been to this restaurant before so I was a bit excited getting the chance to try it. We ordered many types of Dimsum and the following for some of the favourite that I enjoyed.Pan-fried Pork Bun – Quite juicy inside, not too oily and crispy on the bottom Fried Shrimp Toast – Not a classic Dimsum dish but it tasted good and very crispy. Pan-fried Pork Bun – Quite juicy inside, not too oily and crispy on the bottom

Fried Shrimp Toast – Not a classic Dimsum dish but it tasted good and very crispy. I am a big fan of deep-fried items, so this’s a must order item for me

Steamed Milk Pudding with Yam Paste – They called it yam but it’s actually Taro root paste. It was well prepared as the steamed milk pudding’s texture was very silky and not too sweet. The flavour of the Taro paste matched the milk pudding and added another layer of texture and flavour to the dish
