Delicious, and taste just like the ones in Shanghai. I went during a slow time and the buns I got were starting to get slightly dry on the outside, but the inside was still super hot. The owner was super friendly and I could tell he really took pride in his buns. Tip: adding vinegar is a must and really balances out the fattiness of the filling. Standing room only. Cash only.
