I was there with 3 of my friend for dinner. We decide to eat one rib eyes steak more than 1kg and 2 hamburger. Very friendly and nice the system to go and choose your pcs of meat. Very good selection and staff friendly help you. We ask for cooking medium rare plus we order some side dish. Unfortunately the very good steak was destroyed in the kitchen. Doesn’t matter the waiting time ( we know that ) there was 3 important issue on the steak.1- the steak was delivered cold!2- it was not cooked in
1- the steak was delivered cold!
2- it was not cooked in even way since part of the steak was medium rare, part medium, and part medium well!!
3- it was already sliced!!!
Presentation I think on my point of view was made in wrong plate.
Regarding the hamburger taste good but as steak wrong cooking time ( asked medium delivered rare.
This kind of mistaken make the wonderful pcs of meat totally disappointed. If u decide to sell steak meat and whatsoever be sure to cook in the right way. Actually the local vegetables as side dish was totally inappropriate and also served in small plate impossible to eat. The french fries was good.
Please improve that because your product is very good!!
