Sliced raw Hokkaido scallop with crispy kabu and cauliflower foam
Pan seared langoustine tail and claw with black pudding with sweetened beetroot source, I usually not a fan of black pudding becuz of its heavy taste but this one the taste is not strong, langoustine texture is springy and fresh.
Sliced pork face with blue lobster source and whole piece of lobster claw, the pork is paired with a piece of crispy thin toast and the lobster is slightly cooked to juicy and soft
Slow cooked cod fish with olive oil in fish broth, with gnocchi and potato, so soft and juicy but totally not heavy 😋
Dessert no. 1 buckwheat sorbet and caramel ice cream❤️
Dessert no.2: chocolate mousse tube with parsley foam, served with pineapple banana and lime ice cream and fresh iced parsley
