The environment and ambience was dim and private - not a bad thing for patrons to enjoy in the overall dining experience. We ordered a few different things to try: (don’t remember the names of them but here’s a semi-description lol 😂)~ A tuna belly, sea urchin and salmon roe rice bowl~ 300ml of house sake ( i think they were doing a special on this)~ Snow crab & sea urchin hand rolls~ Soft shell crab roll~ Seared salmon roll with salmon roe~ Deep fried tofu with mentaiko.We were pretty full afte

We were pretty full after all this and found the dishes to be very fresh. The seafood were all super fresh tasting and the sea urchin was subtly sweet tasting - definitely recommend 👌🏻

I love the sake - really can remember its descriptors but it was crisp, served iced and had a refreshingly clean taste to it 🤤
