We love the Peking Duck - The mahogany-colored bird is decadently rich without being too fatty and professionally sliced tableside. The scallions are fresh and the pancake is just the right size and is carefully stacked up in the steamer.
The buffet also comes with a variety of other dishes over 30 of them! The braised abalone with mushroom and bok choy and the fish maw chicken soup are of very high quality. For HKD 228 per person, this is a good deal.
