The restaurant is at the good location in TST Harbour City, aiming for high class Chinese cusine - it is very close to the harbour and makes its customers able to enjoy the great harbour view of the Victoria Harbour in full. Talking about the food, the price is fair concerning its location and the quality of food and the chef's handwork. We ordered 1. The spicy sweet chicken (敲糖棒棒雞) 2. Sauteed sweet beans; gordon euryale (大珠小珠落玉盤) 3. Sichuan boiled fish (Shui Zhu Yu 水煮魚) and 4. Chicken tofu soup

The first dish spicy sweet chicken is really really good! The chicken is shredded with a crystallised syrup on top and the waitress would crack the syrup and mix with the chicken. It is not spicy in fact and yet it offered good layered of flavour, and it is good to eat with white rice - i would say it is a must-eat in the restaurant.
Second, the beans - tbh i was attracted by its beautiful Chinese names as mentioned above. Yet it is not value for money as it is basically just beans, nothing special, quite chewy, and yet were not especially outstanding comparing to other dishes for around HK$200 for this dish.
Third, the Fish - the portion is big and though it was not particularly spicy, the quality of fishes is high. It is also rich in flavour and have layers in its taste! Price is good comparing to restaurants outside. Good to go with rice.
Finally the chicken tofu soup - i believe its the dish that chef put lots of handwork in it as the chicken is so smooth and is cut to produce a texture similar to the tofu. Taste of the soup is good and no need to afraid that it will be cool down with fire constantly heating the bowl. Highly recommended.
