This restaurant is strongly related with 熊本 prefecture. Then they use many 熊本 ingredients and they even sell these ingredients to the customers who dine there.

I tried them several time. The quality of foods is very stable. Honestly said nothing is so special but stable quality is important to visit with friends or business partners.
My favorite dishes are like Sukiyaki(Kumamoto beed), Beef Katsu, and fresh salad. For sukiyaki, they uses 割下(the soup already mixed every ingredient), so presentation and taste is normal but good. 

And service and decor are also above the standard. 
Prices are a bit overpriced.
