Tried many chicken pot in hk and this restaurant could be one of the best as the taste is so fresh n real! The seasoning the use seems a bit different from all other restaurants I've tried 1. The chicken texture was still tender even it was cooked for long2. The chili they used wasnt just having the chili flavour but a taste of sweet from the soup base3. They added different kind of peppers into the soup as well.. Like green pepper...which some other restaurants don't do4. Their special home mad

4. Their special home made black mala sauce was extremely delicious. You could request it if u think the soup is not spicy enough
At the end I would recommend u to order the glass noodles暑粉 so ur could really taste the soup
