Great dinner experience

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service at Grappas. We had a great dinner. From the moment we were seated, we were serviced by friendly staff from the beginning till the end of our meal. We ordered a calamari fritti as apettizer; and the Fettuccine Nere and the Costina di Maiale alle MELE as main dishes. As I am a huge fan of tomato based pasta sauce. I asked the service staff if I could change the cream sauce to tomato based sauce for the pasta. The staff said no

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service at Grappas. We had a great dinner. From the moment we were seated, we were serviced by friendly staff from the beginning till the end of our meal. We ordered a calamari fritti as apettizer; and the Fettuccine Nere and the Costina di Maiale alle MELE as main dishes. As I am a huge fan of tomato based pasta sauce. I asked the service staff if I could change the cream sauce to tomato based sauce for the pasta. The staff said no problem and they could change it for me. When the pasta came, the main chef came to our table and said the Italian way to eat seafood pasta is with tomato based sauce 😀, and he was happy that we made the request to change the pasta sauce. He was that was an excuse for him to treat me a glass of red wine - on the house!

Food was superb. The pork chop was tender and tasty. Pasta was awesome. And together with the friendly and warm staff, we will definitely come back!
