Recently had lunch at the newly opened Avoca, a place with an excellent view! We ordered 2 set lunch, appetizers cream corn soup, prawns gambas and main dish beef cheek, and sea bass.The cream corn soup was a delightful start. Its velvety texture and rich flavor were comforting, got a really rich taste of the corn!! Love it! Next up was the prawns gambas. The dish was well-presented. The beef cheek was done by slow-cooking. It was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth. The savory sauce complemented the meat very well! The beef was served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes!!!
Last, the sea bass was also a very delightful dish! The fish was cooked to a lovely crisp on the outside while remaining flaky and moist inside. The dish was a fusion of Western and Asian cook-style.
The service was attentive and friendly! The view was so comforting. The elegant vibe makes it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. Highly recommended!
