Heard many reviews about this place and finally got to try it.When you find the hotel, the entrance of the hotel is on the left but don't go there. You should see that the parking area has marked Carna/Avoca and that's where you should go.When you enter you would be greeted by this stunning bar and the amazing view.We only ordered the cocktail free low package as there was already a lot to try from. For the 6 cocktails, the first 2 Pickled cucumber gimlet and the Haam Neng Mung (Salted Lemon) was my favorite and unique. I felt the Apersol Spritz was a bit too syrupy though.
All the seafood based appetizers were delicious but due to the hot autumn, I preferred the salmon and fresh curdo the most, being the most refreshing. Had I tried it at winter, I likely would have preferred the Fish cake.
The tiger prawn was my favorite. I love how their used the chorizo's stronger flavors to highlight the prawn's own flavor yet without overwhelming it.
The desserts look mini but each packs a punch in terms of the flavors. My favorite was the Opera which tasted of aromatic coffee without being too sweet.
