I've been there two times and promised myself not to make the same mistake thrice. The first time, I went there on a Friday evening and ordered a Tundra Burger combo with add-on seasonal greens. The pumpkin and grain patty had a dry and chewy texture as if it's been pre-frozen for a long time. The fries were okay. A month later a friend of mine was really interested in trying out their food so I thought maybe I should give it a second chance - and it's the worst experience ever. I ordered a Forest burger for takeaway and found a long piece of hair tucked into the burger while I was finishing it up. I have no words.
