I like the Hainanese chicken rice a lot! The chickens are quite lean, and they still retain their moisture and juiciness. The chicken skins aren’t oily too! You can also see that the choi sums are quite fresh and green. The soup doesn’t seem like having any coconut flavour imo. It’s more like dried vegetable soup, but it tastes quite nice too! Recommend if you wanna have a quick, healthy meal!
