Fire Well is hearty mid-range hot pot restaurant next to the HKU station. The menu has a lot of rare cuts like beef testicles and pork hard palates. The homemade dumplings were tasty and more flavorful than the soup. The Chinese chive dumplings were huge and satisfying with balanced ratio of meat to chives. The dried scallops pork dumplings had a scrumptious filling too. Didn't even need to dip any soy sauce.
Comfortable environment, friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended.
