🍔Baked Portobello with Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs Burger - the reason of Pan’s visit, 100% worth it. Just look at the avalanche of molten lava scrambled egg, very delicious mix with juicy portobello, beetroot infused burger bun and sweet potato fries. Flavourful with the truffle. Recommended 💯💯
🥪Sous Vide Chicken Breast Panini (not for Green Monday) - interesting interpretation of “panini”, quite hard to cut/bite through the thick crust, but overall the amount of chicken breast, scrambled egg & rockets were generous.
☕️Coffee - available extra hot (for those who wish to enjoy your coffee slowly), flat white is Pan’s go to, nutty flavour with a hint of almond/hazelnut. Pretty decent
