I was planning to have a quick dinner before heading home, and i chanced upon this small wanton noodles store named Siu Yung Noodles. It was located at Boundary Street, few minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR.They served wanton, dumpling and ball noodles, be it soup or dried version. Iced soya bean - It was smooth and sweet, with strong soy bean taste.
Fried shrimp wanton - It was fried till the skin was soft and crispy, and the fillings inside was juicy and chewy.
Wanton and fishball noodles soup - Soup was chewy and smooth, and wanton was fresh and chewy. Fishball was very chewy and smooth as well.
