Visited Hexa for dinner, managed to get one of the tables next to the seaside view! We ordered the dual king prawns, 48-hour slow cooked beef ribs, and the poached grouper and rice in broth. I particularly liked the salty egg yolk flavour for the king prawns - the batter was at just the right texture, and the prawn within was perfectly cooked. The beef ribs were not as tender as I had expected, but it goes well with the dipping sauce provided. My personal favorite was the grouper and rice in bro
