After reviewed the comments of this one, some of our sweet lovers decided to have try. We ordered the most popular ones as recommendation, souffle, pancake, and mocha, latte. We were having high expectation, but it turned out to be just mediocre and disappointed. FOODTaste_ It was ok, soft sweet as the most pancake taste, but there is no too much surprises. Taste_ It was ok, soft sweet as the most pancake taste, but there is no too much surprises.
I would say the food taste is a little above average. Mocha and macha latte is very mediocre.
Appearance and Designe
Appearance is not that fancy as we expected. There is no elegant design and detailed decoration, and the delivery was kinda sketchy and hasty, seems like the fast food level.
Amount
Compared to other similar cafe and pancake stores, the food amount they provided is too light. the Pancake and shuffle only small palm size for 2 pieces.
SERVICE
We don’t have too much positive feedback towards their service quality. The waitress are cold, passive, careless. lack of enthusiasm and polite and gentle body behaviour.
ENVIRONMENT
The interior environment style was like fast-food store, lacks of atmosphere and design decoration.
PRICE
Compared to other similar cafe, food was just so so, and we don’t think the food and experience is deserved the prices.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
We would give 2.5 stars for overall evaluation. It wasn’t too much satisfied experience with all reasons, and we decided not to visit again.
