Coming to the end of a hectic week of work, we planned to go to a Japanese restaurant for dinner tonight to unwind ourselves. Sushi Yue was located at Soho East, Lei King Wan, along the waterfront of Sai Wan Ho. The decor was brightly lit, with table and bar top setting. Their menu was very comprehensive, focusing mainly on their wide range of sashimi, sushi, fried items, skewers, sushi don, desserts and drinks etc. Suntory the premium malt's draft beer - This beer was smooth and easy to drink,

Suntory the premium malt's draft beer - This beer was smooth and easy to drink, going well with those sushi and sashimi ordered.
薄切池魚王刺身 - It came in 15 slices and was cut till very thin in texture. It was very fresh and bland in taste, with the sauce and lime provided to bring out the flavour of the sashimi.
Supreme tuna sushi set - It consisted of 3 types of tuna, namely tuna, semi-fatty tuna & supreme fatty tuna. The quality of those tuna were high, particularly semi-fatty and supreme fatty tuna very oily and smooth, almost melting in my mouth.
Home-made fried egg - It was cut into square shape, easy to eat in one bite. Tamagoyaki was very soft and smooth, slightly sweet in taste.
Broiled Japanese eel - It was grilled till the skin was very crispy and the eel was very juicy and chewy, with lemon helping to enhance the taste.
