I have heard of Dough bros for long but they only get store on HK island. Today I am going to visit my cousins nearby so I can finally have a try on their food!We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 filled doughnuts and bottled beer.The carbonaraThe carbonara is one of their specialty pizzas with carbonara base, mozzarella, pancetta, golden egg yolk, shaved parmesan, crackled black pepper and fresh parsley. The pepperoni supreme
It is one of their signature pizzas. Ingredients are tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, smoked italian sausage and oregano. Classic one and the sausages are not too salty
The dough is so chewy and not too thick. Highly recommend their pizzas~ We also try their dipping sauce : garlic, truffle, chili and BBQ. I dip the crust into the sauce which enrich the taste. Love the truffle sauce mix with carbonara and BBQ sauce mix with pepperoni
For the filled doughnuts, we ordered custard and caramel twist with cinnamon sugar on top. Crispy shell, spongy doughnut with filled custard/ caramel twist. A very yummy desserts
Would definitely re-visit Dough bros for their pizzas and doughnuts!
