We always call afternoon tea as High Tea somehow so it was interesting that the Highest Bar, Ozone, is now serving High Tea.The weather was perfect yet without being too hot to sit outdoor. I think not too many people know about this afternoon tea yet so I had the whole row of seats to myself. The serving time is from 3-6pm so you can come enjoy it as an evening tea as well.This afternoon tea only serves savory items and instead of tea/coffee, it serves one of the cocktails of the Five Elements.

This afternoon tea only serves savory items and instead of tea/coffee, it serves one of the cocktails of the Five Elements. Their cocktail menu was quite cool where you move the tiles around to show you the different elements.
For the cocktail, I ordered the Fire. The aesthetics were stunning. Moreover, the Fire was not just the display. The cocktail is actually spicy from the bellpepper to chili and even the spicy sugar on top. However, it was balanced with the mango and lime giving it a tropical taste.

The tea set came and with such a beautiful view as the background, everything tastes better. And certainly the food did not disappoint.
The scone is less buttery than usual as it is savory and even the toppings are savory.
I would recommend eating the scallop first as the taste of the other food is stronger than this. The burger was really juicy and be careful when you bite into it
The fried Shrimp toast was crispy and hot and there was plenty of shrimp to it. Adding a bit of lime juicy to the taco definitely brought out the flavors of the fillings.
Despite it claims to have wasabi, this was not spicy at all and was quite refreshing.
Each cocktail costs 138 alone and you are paying 160 more for the 5 additional food items. Given the stunning view and service, and compared to some other places, this was definitely worth it.
