Introducing another amazing homemade pasta bar in the recent handmade pasta vibes 𝘼𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙧. Tucked away up on a small slope in Happy Valley, this neighbourhood offers great pasta in authentic Italian vibes. Menu is simple with just 6 appetisers and 8 pastas to choose from. 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗽 ($78) Blended mushroom and potato in a creamy and thick soup with some olive oil and herbs to warm up belly.
𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 ($168) Mixed ground beef and pork in tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Parppadelle is also dente and thick enough to soak up the wonderful sauce. Done in the authentic Italian way!
𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 - 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 / 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 / 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 ($48) Gelato topped in crunchy corn crisps. Full milk and chocolate super creamy and tasty!
Will definitely recommend to go for a casual date or with a group of friends! What’s more it is 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐’s sister restaurant! Looking forward to coming again to try Aedes other pasta dishes which are all so high value for money 🤎
