Hong Kong style American food

The decor fits what it advertises itself as but not much else. Nice seating too. The menu is suited relatively but it is all done in a Hong Kong style - bread is sweet (and odd), hash browns had potential to be good but it was soggy etc. Ridiculous amounts of plastic used to serve (and unnecessarily) and our orders were all wrong - ordered one juice but it was out, so they came back and asked us to choose another, then when they served it, it ended up to be another juice. The menu is suited relatively but it is all done in a Hong Kong style - bread is sweet (and odd), hash browns had potential to be good but it was soggy etc. Ridiculous amounts of plastic used to serve (and unnecessarily) and our orders were all wrong - ordered one juice but it was out, so they came back and asked us to choose another, then when they served it, it ended up to be another juice. Then one of our meals was totally wrong too (went from a sandwich to pasta instead). Service from the manager (possibly) was good but when we first walked in there was a staff member by the door who ignored us then walked away, past us.
