Feast on an array of classic Italian dishes for an authentic Italian experience with Chianti DOCG; some of the signature dishes include Spaghetti alla Milionario, which is complemented with smoked salmon, caviar, and a vodka a creamy pink sauce made with a splash of vodka and butter, cherry tomatoes and parsley; and Crostini di Fegatini Toscani, a traditional local appetizer featuring toasted slices of robust sourdough bread topped with a velvety chicken liver pâté, such exquisite combination pairs harmoniously well with a fine bottle of Chianti.
