Horrible customer service

Walked into restaurant with my family. Sat ourselves down at a table, first thing I noticed was ZERO eye contact. I walked up to the counter and asked the girl if they sold coffee. Again with no eye contact, or smile, told me to wait. I sat back down and we waited for about 8 minutes before deciding to leave. Staff need to be trained.
