I have ordered dozens of time from Mama Mia. This time the taste is very different:1.) The pastas are not Al Dente and have no saltiness to it, giving it a plain wheat taste which is not pleasant on its own. The chef must have forgot the salty water ( or not salty enough). 2.) Pasta sauces were way too salty, perhaps to compensate the lack of flavor from the pasta. (Except for the Carbonara which the sauce is made with cheese, so not much difference.)3.) The pesto is not well mixed. There are cl

3.) The pesto is not well mixed. There are clumps of salt in one end and no taste on another.
Pizzas are still very good, but please fix these issues. We are big supporter and this is the only Italian worth ordering in Kowloon. Sad to see it go down the drain like so many others.
