It’s one of the best lunch and fine-dine I had.All are unique - even the simple slice of bread, it tastes so good and special. The texture, warmth and softness, the chef controlled it very well. I ordered a set lunch- salmon and beef. Yes the same salmon as usual, but the magic is how it mix other ingredients together to make it outstanding. Incredibly tasty. Beef, with 2 lovely baby carrots, on top of mashed potato. Looks nice. The taste is so balanced with the gravy. Finally I ordered a A La C

Finally I ordered a A La Carte dessert - Chestnuts Mont Blanc. This is the king of this lunch! Master piece and must try.
