My friend and I recently dined at Inn - I’M Not Nothing, where we enjoyed a selection of their well-crafted dishes 🤍.
We started with the Handmade Black Truffle Ravioli with Wild Mushroom Black Truffle Cream Sauce 🍄🟫. The ravioli was perfectly cooked, with a tender yet firm texture 🥰. The filling was rich and earthy, and the black truffle cream sauce complemented the wild mushrooms nicely!
We also had the French Red Wine with Beef Cheek Risotto as the main dish 🥘. The beef cheeks were incredibly tender, falling apart easily with each bite. The red wine sauce was flavourful, infusing the risotto with a rich, savoury taste 🍷. The risotto itself was creamy and cooked to perfection, making it a satisfying dish 🫶🏻.
For dessert, we enjoyed the Soufflé Pancake with Cheese Foam 🥞🧀. The pancake was light and fluffy ☁️. The cheese foam added a unique and creamy twist, balancing the sweetness of the pancake!
To accompany our meal, we had a hot chocolate and a green tea latte 🍵. Overall, our dining experience was pleasant ☺️.
