Bizou American Brasserie (已結業)

Very interesting fish dish, I liked the presentation of the little flowers on top, but i have to admit that fish seemed like it was a portion for a mouse or something. I could have finished it within 1 or 2 bites, but as I was with a friend had to take very delicate tiny bites to make the food last the entire meal. Fish was cooked nicely and perfectly. Not too sure about the sauce on the bottom. Portion size definitely needs to be worked on. In a cool little restaurant in Pacific Place. They use
