This place is my recent favorite. It is opened around two weeks and I have already been a few times.The view is great - wonderful sea view of the habour and nice buildings in TST. Perfect for fireworks.Deco - very good taste and chi. Designed by famous UK designer. So it is low key and good taste, unlike the another new opening counterpart at Ritz Carlton.Service - the manger is very professional. She and the team comes from AMC and Hyatt, Sommerlier is from Mira and is very easy to talk to.

Wine - selection is great and mark - up very reasonable compared to many other hotels.
Food - my favorite is the famous taiwanese dish which the large crab is steamed over sticky rice. The ten-year rice wine they use brings out great taste. Dessert is limited at initial openning stage but the pastry and sweet soup were good. On my firl friend's birthday they offered us "Sao Bao" and they were wonderful too.
Dim sum - great srelection
Private rooms - they have a few well decorated private rooms and they come with sitting area perfect for gathering of 12 pr so.
