Its Saturday night and its full house.They provide a lot of advanced dishes and if you wanna try, you have to order in advance!I have pre-ordered some of their dishes in advance.Pork tendon with premium soy sauce:I didn’t see this dish in many place. for me its quite special but I am not a big fan of it. Deep Fried custard of chicken broth:Its one of their signature dishes!Nice. Its my first time to try and the texture is special. Drunken Abalone:Super Nice~ Its really ‘Drunken’! 72 degree pige

This one is super good and juicy! It’s a slow-cooked dish by using shaoxing wine! YumYum~
Noodles in yellow croker soup:
Its one of their advanced dishes. There are not many yellow crokers. The noodles texture is thin and nice. The soup is so so. I think a little bit salty.

Short ribs with cheese & fermented tofu sauce:
I think its alright. Its texture is more like ox tongue honestly. I wont order it again.
Braised chicken with taro and onion in Shaoxing wine.
Its another advanced dish. The chicken is tender. There are lots of taro but I think the Shaoxing wine is not very rich.
Sauteed Tiger Prawn with Soy Sauce
A little bit salty.
Stewed Winter Melon with pickled chili and minced pork
This one is super good and a little bit spicy~
Deep-fried Gold Coin with crab meat
I like this one. This is also one of their advanced dishes. Very crispy. Nice~
Braised Pomelo Peel with dried shrimp roe
This one is good~
