Firstly, the attendant comes out and introduces the background here, briefly saying that the American army came to Japan and they like more steak so the chef melds made their favor on more steak. Also in my second image, 5 types of steak shown in the trolley, and one of my pick is A5 wagyu (left top) which has incredible fat marbling.
The food is amazingly perfect, everything is high quality from the tomato to the steak. That was an american style deluxe teppanyaki experience you will like to re-visit very soon. Compared with the Japanese style teppanyaki, the ambiance here is energetic and friendly, the attendant is super attentive, kind and we really feel welcome which is so different from Japanese subtle culture.
