This is a cold dish and quite appetizing as an appetizer. The portion of prawns is decent, served with raw onion and cherry tomatoes.

The medium-rare steak is served on a hot plate, which quickly crisp up the surface. The special part is that there are six sauces to pair with different flavors, but personally, I prefer the original flavor. However, the mustard sauce is also a great choice!
