秋季restaurant week又去試新嘢,今次去咗鰂魚涌太古坊一間意大利餐廳試,早兩日先訂竟然訂到位,不過試完覺得一般般,Hot Picks並不代表好食。🍴Sourdough Bread⭐️麵包唔軟熟,外皮仲硬到咬唔開!🍴Calamari Fritti ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個炸魷魚圈好好食,炸漿薄脆魷魚又軟熟,帶少許辣好惹味,蘸埋蛋黃醬簡直一流!🍴Vitello Tonnato⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️必叫,牛肉入口即化,再蘸埋鮪魚醬汁變得多種滋味,一碟份量都幾多。🍴Gran King Crab Chitarra⭐️⭐️皇帝蟹手工墨汁意粉,有少少辣,意粉口感麻麻較粗糙同乾身,蟹肉蟹絲還ok。🍴Truffle Tagliolini (+$38)⭐️⭐️⭐️白松露都算香濃,入口即溶,意大利麵帶點煙韌乾身,略嫌少咗啲醬汁!🍴Tagliata Di Manzo (+$88)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️和牛烤得好香好好味,medium rare口感剛好又唔會過生,邊邊有啲膏重油脂香,值得加錢試。🍴Italian Pork Loin Arrasto⭐️⭐️本身係豬里脊位置,但落order時侍應話今日無貨,會用五花肉代替,點知換嚟一嚿超多肥膏嘅五花肉,肉係
