After eating in the area, I discovered this place.Although I was full I decided to try it because I rarely go to Hung Hom.I intended to come here again a week later but never made it because Hung Hom is psychological far so I guess I will have to wait for the MTR a bit later.The hot and sour tofu looked delicious but I was too full for that so I had the Liangfen.Liangfen is basically cold noodles made from mungbean/pea/potato starch but the lady here said theirs is made from snow pea starch.Anyw

Liangfen is basically cold noodles made from mungbean/pea/potato starch but the lady here said theirs is made from snow pea starch.Anyway it was a white translucent block where she sliced it into square strands.
I was really lucky she put the sauce separate because it was very spicy.
The liangfen and sauce tasted really good together because the vinegars and spiciness made it very appetizing.Hopefully I will be back sooner than the opening of the MTR to try other stuff.
