Unlike the usual dry fried egg you may get, it offers milky scrambled egg. Its pork chop was fried to the right tenderness which retains all its juice. Even the serloin was grilled to the right degree, blended well with the sauce. All ingredients are no cheap stuff from market but directly bought from wholesales
Its sauce there was made special as well, you may find herbs or leaves added for its exceptional flavour.
You may find no surprise of the white cream soup you get elsewhere, and yet those there was cooked with bits of fish belly as well, simply a snese of chewiness would change you entire impression of the soup
Its decor to mimick a true hong kong styled restaurant and dishes may offer may offer one a sense of disguise, however, I would preceive it to be a place who upgrades the usual canton food and a nice place to go if youre looking for an up-to-standard canton food in a comfy friendly restuarant.
