It's been a while since I last visited Baked. Their sourdough bread is simply delicious! Gravy Train ($160)Came with chicken liver and a hint of spice, served with their famous sourdough bread topped with garlic butter. I would prefer a lighter Peri Peri Sauce as the current sauce is a bit too spicy and meaty.Sourdough Cinnamon Bun ($75)A super-sized sourdough cinnamon bun, with a soft and moist texture when you take a bite. It's drizzled with nutmeg cream cheese and topped with a hint of lemon

Sourdough Cinnamon Bun ($75)
A super-sized sourdough cinnamon bun, with a soft and moist texture when you take a bite. It's drizzled with nutmeg cream cheese and topped with a hint of lemon and orange slices, resulting in a delicious sweet and tangy flavour. However, I haven't experienced the chewy texture that sourdough usually has. It would be even better if it could be heated a bit more to achieve a crispy exterior and soft interior.
