You absolutely can't miss their mouthwatering samgyeopsal (pork belly), grilled on a unique middle plate setup (I've never seen this anywhere else in HK). We got the 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗿𝘁 ($𝟮𝟲𝟴)and 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 ($𝟭𝟱𝟴), both marinated and grilled directly on the web. While both cuts were packed with flavour, the outside skirt stole the show. Each slice was evenly cut and had a crispy crust after grilling.
𝗚𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 $𝟭𝟴𝟴
Hands down the best I've ever had! Our waiter skilfully cut open the chicken, unveiling the ginseng and sticky rice stuffed inside, taking the soup to a whole new level of richness. And can we talk about that tender chicken meat?

Honestly, I didn't expect them to nail this dish. Ok, so the fries on the bottom were a bit on the soggy side, but the fried chicken was insanely delicious. Drizzled in sweet Jeju tangerine syrup, each piece had a perfect combo of crispy skin and juicy meat.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗽 $𝟵𝟴
In a lineup of standout dishes, this one felt more standard. Yet, our attentive waiter did an excellent job mixing up all the ingredients and the golden crunchy rice at the bottom was my fave part.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good their desserts were, especially at this price point. The vanilla ice cream alongside the creamy cheesecake was simply a match made in heaven.

𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗮 $𝟰𝟮
Out of the many flavors, we settled on the citron & lemon and the plum & lime. Both were incredibly refreshing: the citron was a sweet burst while the plum brought a tangy zing.
