Chullschick is a Peruvian restaurant that has branches in both Wanchai and Soho, Central. Their dishes were all unique and delicious with popping and right on point seasoning, spices and flavours. We particularly enjoyed the Peruvian Beef Empanada. Empanadas are little pockets of dough filled with flavourful minced protein and veggies. The dough of their empanadas was amazing, it was incredibly thin, crispy and flaky. The empanadas was stuffed with a generous amount of minced beef and roughly cut veggies, coated in a thick sauce. It was also accompanied with a subtle mayo like sauce which gives it that kick, definitely an appetising and delicious appetiser to kick start the feast!
