Aulis recently transformed to a casual pop up of Aulis London.It was really nice to see how the chefs were preparing our meals transforming things from plain ingredients to lovely dishes.First came the salmon. The flavors of the fried chicken waffle was also great and it wasn't oily at all for a fried chicken. However, the fried chicken was not as crispy as I wanted it to be. Maybe it was the sauce on top.

The dessert definitely was the best. Not only does it look like a beautiful garden, its aroma of early grey was really strong you can smell it before you taste it. The sweet cherry cake matched the mildly sweet early grey mousse.
