Made a booking via OpenRice for a dinner with a friend from overseas. The food was ok and generally the service was ok. However what really ticked me off is when the bill came. The waiter told us we had to pay by cash because of the 20% discount from OpenRice. It would have been fine if they told us in advance. I would have gone to the ATM beforehand. The embarrassing thing that I was intending to treat my friend dinner. In the end we ended splitting the bill. Totally not professional!
