Matcha Fantasy is a multidimensional matcha cake with sweet thin matcha chocolate on top followed by matcha jelly, slightly bitter matcha cream n sponge cake and chestnut flavoured layer. I admire the pastry chef's imagination and precision of flavour for each layer of the cake which made everything blend harmoniously. Sculpted like a piece of art, this is a matcha fantasy cake indeed.
