Before I talk about the food, I have to emphasise how hard it was to book this restaurant. The booking is only through Whatsapp, however they only respond if you are lucky. I was not lucky, and they never responded anything to me at all, even after I followed up to ask. My friend Whatsapped them for booking, and they responded at first, but then stopped responding. Second, about the food, the only amazing thing was the spicy lava cake., The chocolate cake was soft, and the hot fondant oozed out with rich chocolate taste spiced up with chili. The ice cream balanced out the slight spiciness, so it was a very enjoyable dessert. The pizza was a random pizza, so we could eat whatever pizza they decided to serve us. However, compared to the pizza options on the menu, the cheese and mushroom pizza was quite plain, and not worth the price. NMSL is a sister shop of Mamaday, but Mamaday's pizza is better, so try Mamaday instead.
The Grouper and prawn laksa angel hair was very disappointing. It tasted quite bland and had no laksa taste at all. The portion was quite small too, and the whole thing was a complete disappointment given the price and how people hype up NMSL's food.
The interior was pretty, though, and the service was pretty good.
