Thai cuisine is one of my all-time favourite. However, the thai food I had today didn’t live up to my expectations, like at all.This roasted chicken here is the best dish of the night but it could definitely use more spices or some other kinds of herbs or seasoning so that the flavour could get into the meat instead of staying on the outside.The fish was meh itself but luckily the sour soup was pretty nice!The satay sauce was quite tasteless and the skewers (beef & pork) were very chewy. Last but not least, I would like to introduce the disappointment of the night LOL
They ran out of crabs so they recommended TIGER prawns & lobsters curry instead. However, those must be the SMALLEST ‘tiger prawns’ I’ve ever seen. Also I didn’t regcon the seafood was fresh enough. More importantly, while I think the essence of lots of Thai dishes lies in the use of their magical herbs and spices, there was nothing other than onions in the seafood curry...smh
