I was planning to have grill beef with my wife today as one of my friends recommended a popular Japanese restaurant to me. Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku Pure was located at Henry House, just 1 minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. One thing good about this restaurant is that all beef was directly imported from Japan. We go for their pure deluxe yakiniku lunch set, which was for 2 person. It came with Japan wagyu beef, chicken thigh, prawn, squid, scallop, salad, appetizer, rice and soup. Dassai 50 Junmai

Dassai 50 Junmai Daiginjyo - It was easy to drink and smooth. It gave off slight sweet taste and the alcohol content was acceptable.
Salad - It was very juicy and crunchy, and those salad was fresh. The salad sauce was sweet and sour, helping to open up my appetite.
Premium karubi & prime karubi - Karubi was one of the most popular parts of the beef. There were alot of marbling on the meat and it only took seconds to be cooked. When i placed it in my mouth, it literally melted. It was juicy and tender, complimenting well with the sauce provided and rice.
Marinated Karubi - This karubi was slightly different from the other 2, it was bigger in size. It was marinated, thus it was slightly more juicy and tasty. It was tender and smooth as well.
Japanese chicken thigh - It was soft and smooth, with the texture as soft as pork. It was marinated as well, thus it was juicy and delicious as well.
Tiger prawn was huge in size, thus it took quite awhile to grill. The shell was easy to peel off from the meat, and it was extremely chewy and juicy. Scallop and squid was chewy as well,
