This joint has been recommended by Michelin Guide 4 years in a row but it’s the first time for me to have it. Better late than never, right? Egg waffles have gone so pricey these days and I don’t want too much going on in mine so I picked a plain matcha one. After around 15 minutes, I got mine fresh off the waffle maker. Each pocket was nearly 90% full, crunchy outside and fluffy inside. The matcha flavour was noticeable but could be stronger. Overall it was worth a try but probably not somethin
