Baked oysters with port wine and honey to start off! Delicious! The freshness of the oyster was brought out so much, and wine and honey added a dash of sweetness. Perfect!Stir fried beef cubes with okra was nice too. Beef was tender and tasty.That was one of my favourites of the evening! I love big prawns cooked this way, in different styles. This time it's tossed into mango puree, and salty egg yolk. Both flavors went so well with the prawns! I loved the salty egg yolk one so much, so tasty!! W

Woo... My favourite of the night!! If you love uni and mushroom, you'll love this! It's beautiful! Taste the strong scent of mushrooms and uni, and every single bite, uni melts into the rice. Rich taste of uni and mushroom mixing together as you chew. My heart melted.

To finish off, we ordered a simple veggie dish. It's also cooked nicely. Fresh and crunchy.
