Normally I don't really bother having chiuchow noodles because the shops don't look clean and the staff look casual.However, the guy at this shop was quite good looking hence I went in and the tables and decor was inviting.If you're here then you are obviously here for the noodles and I had just that with beef balls.The broth was strong and not oily and I loved the way it was topped with some pickled salty cabbage which makes it different to other Chiuchao noodle joints.There were three differen

The broth was strong and not oily and I loved the way it was topped with some pickled salty cabbage which makes it different to other Chiuchao noodle joints. There were three different chili sauces, the yellow one was colourful with a strong fiery punch.
Just a little is enough and it tastes great with the dace balls which are loaded with diced mushrooms. Finished off with freshly blanched lettuce which was sweet and healthy.
